Take a Salt and Soda Bath  Mother Linda's

We live in a toxic environment. Even if you are eating organically and trying to avoid bad food and environmental toxins, you are still being bombarded by pesticide residues, exhaust fumes from passing cars, radiation from your computer, and the list goes on... and on.

What can you do?

To draw out the toxins our of your system naturally and without side effects (from my experience), take a salt and soda bath once a month. This process draws on the the principles of osmosis.

The Simple Formula

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1 lb. box Arm & Hammer baking soda

1 lb. container of salt or sea salt

That's it. Run a nice warm bath and pour in the two ingredients. You can add a little bubble bath if you want, too, and light a candle. Now relax for 15-20 minutes, trying to immerse your whole body. If you have a small bath tube you might have to reposition your body every so often.

Your skin is the biggest organ in your body, so this process can pull a lot of toxins out quickly, but remember to drink a big bottle of purified water when you get out of the bath in order to replenish your bodily fluids.
